Aberdeen office announce charity partnership with Cornfields Aberdeenshire

The North East office of leading personal injury and employment lawyers Digby Brown has announced a partnership to support local charity Cornfields Aberdeenshire.

Staff from the firm’s Aberdeen base nominated Cornfields as their charity of the year and will be supporting and fundraising for the organisation over the next year. Amy Liddell, a Solicitor with Digby Brown in Aberdeen, and Kathleen McMonagle, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, visited the charity last week to meet staff, learn more about their work and make an initial donation to help support these efforts.

Cornfields offers support for people in Aberdeenshire affected by an illness, incident, accident or injury or any trauma or traumatic life changing event. The charity provides emotional, psychological and physical 1-2-1 and group support services, including;

  • Coaching, Mentoring and Counselling
  • Nutrition
  • Mediation
  • Reflexology, Reiki and Acupuncture
  • Yoga, Relaxation and Tai Chi
  • Group Activities indoors and outdoors

Fiona Mathers, Director at Cornfields said:

“We are delighted Digby Brown in Aberdeen have chosen Cornfields to support and fundraise for over the next year. Our first event is the Bennachie Challenge on Sunday 22nd of November a great opportunity to get together and raise funds.“
