We have been helping people who have acquired a brain injury throughout Scotland for over 30 years. We understand the impact brain injury can have on individuals and their families, have a first-hand appreciation of the work that medical professionals do to help people and improve their quality of life and are always keen to support events and seminars that being together people in the field to share knowledge and expertise.

The British Association of Neuroscience Nurses (BANN) supports neuroscience nursing through promoting education, knowledge exchanges, evidence based practice and research in the field.

This year, the BANN annual conference takes place in Edinburgh from Friday 26th – Sunday 28th October and we are proud to be the event’s principal sponsors.   Further information and details about the conference can be found on the BANN website.

Across two and a half very full and interesting days, attendees will discuss issues from Communication, Experiences of rehabilitation and follow-up after brain injuries in the United States, Post Operative Pain Management to Developing an Outcome Measurement Tool for Assessing Patients following Spinal Injuries and many others with a range of leading experts from across the field.

The event, being held in the John Mackintyre Conference Centre, Pollock Halls, beside Edinburgh’s iconic Holyrood Park, also features a Gala Dinner and the organisations’ business meeting, Annual General Meeting and internal elections.
