Digby Brown announce Damian White has joined firm as Partner
Digby Brown Solicitors have announced that Damian White has joined the firm as Partner.
Mr White, who was previously a partner with Allan MacDougall and Co. and HBJ Claims Solutions Solicitors, started work with the firm this week (W/c 6th January 2014). He has a wealth of personal injury experience, from occupiers liability cases through to complex fatal cases. In, recent years Damian has litigated heavily in the Court of Session, delivering substantial awards for his clients. He is regularly invited by a number of Professional Organisations to provide professional training to fellow solicitors in Scotland on issues relating to personal injury law.
The move reflects Digby Brown’s commitment to sustainable growth and expansion in 2014. Last month (December 2013), the firm announced record breaking 2012/13 results which showed significant increases in turnover and net profit and highlighted its success in recovering over £75m for clients in the previous 12 months, concluding a record number of successful cases and winning a record number of cases at proof.
