Digby Brown at Kirkcaldy Sand Races 2013

Motorbikes racing at Kirkcaldy sands

Motorcycle racing was back on Kirkcaldy sands on Saturday 18th May and Digby Brown were delighted to support the event, which was attended by several thousand people despite some wet and windy weather.

The event, organised by Kirkcaldy and District Motor Club (KDMC), brought together motorcycle enthusiasts and the wider public, and featured trade and club stands together with custom and classic road and race bikes, as well as the main event – Speedway, Motorcross 250cc and Open Class sand racing. Our support for Saturday’s event was part of a long-standing association between Digby Brown and Kirkcaldy and District Motor Club.

Representatives from Digby Brown’s specialist Motorcycle Law Team and our Kirkcaldy, Dundee, Inverness and Glasgow offices were all on hand to meet those attending and discuss the range of ways we can help both bikers and the local community.

Last year, Digby Brown expanded its presence in Fife, moving from an office in Glenrothes to a new shop front location in the centre of Kirkcaldy. Since then, we have helped hundreds of people in the region gain compensation after an accident.

We were delighted to welcome Plantec Holdings to Scotland for the event. Plantec provide a range of products and services to motorcyclists and the motor industry.
