Digby Brown co-sponsoring seminar for brain injury professionals

On October 5th, Digby Brown will be co-sponsors of a major seminar, “The Ripple Effects of Brain Injury - Survivors, Families and their Social Worlds"

The seminar is being run by the team at Graham Anderson House, a specialist rehabilitation centre in Glasgow which works with people affected by Brain Injury.  The centre is part of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT) network of specialist centres.

The seminar, aimed at professionals working in brain injury, is free to attend and will be held in Glasgow’s Grand Central Hotel. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Digby Brown’s Robert Swanney is among the speakers and will discuss the impact of brain injury on individuals’ social and legal status.

Other speakers and presentations will focus on communication, technology and emotions, identity changes and supporting positive coping within families.
