Digby Brown Inverness bake sale for local charity Crocus Group

Bake sale - cupcakes in various colours

Digby Brown’s Inverness office held a local bake sale open to the general public to help raise vital funds for the Crocus Child Bereavement Support Service, their local charity partner.

Our Inverness office chose the Crocus Group, based in Inverness, as their local charity partner last year because of the inspiring work they do locally, and has already donated funds to help kick start fundraising efforts.

Sugary treats for sale in the bake sale included chocolate chip cookies, blueberry pancakes with clothed cream and lemon curd and fairy cakes. The lemon drizzle cake proved a firm favourite and was the first to sell out.

The bake sale raised £150 for the Crocus Group, with funds matched by Digby Brown.

Why did Digby Brown Inverness chose the Crocus Group?

The Crocus Group provides support to bereaved children in the local area. At Digby Brown, we often act on behalf of bereaved families and therefore appreciate the devastating effects that losing a loved one can have on a family, particularly children.
