Digby Brown’s Aberdeen office are representing 10 offshore workers who were passengers in a Super Puma EC225 Helicopter which ditched in the North Sea in 2012.

Lisa Gregory, Head of Digby Brown’s Aberdeen office, is leading legal action on behalf of these ten clients.  Lisa has extensive specialist experience of in claims involving health and safety in the energy industry and a long record of representing those injured while working in the offshore oil and gas industries.

The incident has raised awareness and discussion on issues related to offshore worker safety and Lisa appeared on STV News at Six (Aberdeen & North) on Friday 4th July to discuss the legal action.
