“Digby Brown have worked with Headway for many years however mainly with the Glasgow office. Having all four offices approved shows the real strength in depth, experience and expertise across the whole firm, when dealing with these types of accidents which cause brain injuries. There are only a few firms listed in the Headway Personal Injury Solicitors list in Scotland and having four entries, certainly sets us apart.”

In addition to the listing in Headway, Digby Brown have also achieved a similar standing with CBIT, the Child Brain Injury Trust, with again all five offices having the relevant specialist experience to deal with children who have brain injuries as well as the help and support required for their families.

“For a family to have someone involved in an accident which causes a brain injury is tragic.  If it is a child, it is unthinkable, sadly, it does happen. Therefore, when you have to speak to a solicitor concerning the circumstances of this accident the one additional hassle you do not require, is whether they are experienced enough to deal with all the matters relating to that accident – that’s why people recommend Digby Brown and why organisations like CBIT and Headway work with us” Commented Robert.
