Successful first Grampian Head Injury Information Day

March 2015 saw a successful inaugural Grampian Head Injury Information Day held in Aberdeen. The one-day event, attended by around 200 people, brought together people living with brain injury in the North East of Scotland, their families, carers and a wide range of organisations and professionals working in the field.
In addition to exhibition stalls, where a range of organisations highlighted the support services and advice they can provide, the day saw presentations on a range of topics related to brain injury.
The event was opened by Jenny Marra, Member of the Scottish Parliament for North East Scotland and Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Health, Wellbeing and Sport.
Chris Stewart, partner in Digby Brown’s Serious Injury Department, speaking to attendees.
Kathleen McMonagle, Digby Brown’s Client Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
