The 2015 guide marks the tenth consecutive year Digby Brown have been given Band 1 status for Personal Injury work by Chambers.

The firm’s growth and success has also been recognised beyond the legal community. In September, Digby Brown was rated top SME 300 by Scottish Business Insider Magazine.

Fraser Oliver, Chief Executive of Digby Brown Solicitors, attributed the award to the efforts of Digby Brown staff throughout the firm’s seven offices nationwide.

Fraser Oliver said:

“That our expertise in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence work continues to be recognised by the leading independent guides to the legal profession, and our performance by the wider business community, is a tribute to the hard work of everyone in Digby Brown.

“The last 12 months have been a very exciting time for us. We have welcomed 3 new partners, opened an office in Aberdeen and been awarded Gold accreditation from Investors in People.

“The common thread running through all of these achievements is our staff who, every day, help and represent people who come to us at difficult and distressing times in their lives.

“We help and support our clients in their time of need with our Compensate funding product and our ability to achieve results for them that they could not otherwise hope to obtain without facing serious financial risk or even ruin. This continues to set us apart and has allowed us to continue to grow the business year on year."
