Mark studied History at Stirling University before studying Law at Napier University and then Aberdeen University. He joined Digby Brown in 2007 working in the firm's Dundee Office for a number of years before moving to the Digby Brown Edinburgh office where he works in the Industrial Disease Claims Department.
Mark works on all types of industrial disease cases, predominantly claims for asbestos victims. He also represents people suffering from conditions arising out of noise and vibration exposure. He acts for clients across Scotland and has assisted families from Canada and Australia with claims brought for men who were exposed to asbestos during their younger years before emigrating.
Mark is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
