Digby Brown were honoured to win two categories at the Law Awards 2016, held in Glasgow last week:
• Law Firm of the Year (over 40 fee earners)
• Corporate Social Responsibility Firm of the Year
The Law Awards, run this year for the first time by The Herald, brought together law firms from across Scotland to showcase and celebrate the best of the Scottish legal sector.
Digby Brown Chief Executive Fraser Oliver collected the Law Firm of the Year award on behalf of the firm while Kathleen McMonagle and colleagues from across Digby Brown collected the Corporate Social Responsibility Firm of the Year Award. The event at the city’s Crowne Plaza Hotel was hosted by broadcaster Shereen Nanjiani
The Law Firm of the Year award reflected the work we have done to develop and implement a clear strategic vision for Digby Brown, our continued growth and, above all, the results we achieve every day for clients across Scotland and the work we do to help our people grow and develop with us. We know that we can only achieve great results with the best people.
Winning the Corporate Social Responsibility Firm of the Year award is a credit to the work that colleagues across our seven offices do to support national and local charities, regularly going above and beyond to raise money and awareness of some really inspirational causes. It matters to us that we make a positive difference in the communities in which we work.
