Solicitors in Ayr take on 5 Ferry Challenge for Ayrshire Cancer Support

Five ferries challenge

Solicitors in our Ayr office completed the 5 Ferry Challenge last month to raise money for their local charity partner Ayrshire Cancer Support.

The team cycled a massive 52 miles taking 5 ferries throughout the challenge raising an amazing £1,550 for the charity.

The team from our Ayr office was Damian White, Partner and Head of the Ayr office, Chantelle Robertson, Trainee Solicitor and Lee Murray, Senior Solicitor. Damian’s son Matthew also joined them to raise money for The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation, a previous charity partner of the Ayr office..

The team thoroughly enjoyed the 5 Ferry Challenge getting to enjoy some breath taking scenery along the way. Amer Sports kindly donated cycling apparel for the day and Portavadie Spa and Marina provided the team with a packed lunch to enjoy on the route.

Ayrshire Cancer Support are a local charity which provides emotional support and practical help to those affected by cancer in the Ayrshire area. Services they offer range from assisting with transport to hospital to counselling services.
