Caitlyn joined Digby Brown in 2017. Caitlyn graduated from the University of Glasgow with an LLB (Hons) in 2006 and gained a Diploma in Legal Practice from Glasgow Graduate School of Law in 2007. She completed an LLM in Legal Practice in 2020 from De Montfort University.

Caitlyn commenced her training as a solicitor in 2009 and has since specialised in cases relating to a range of occupational illnesses including asbestos-related disease, noise-induced hearing loss, hand arm vibration syndrome, work-related upper limb disorders, silicosis and dermatitis. She qualified as a solicitor in 2011. She is an Associate within our Industrial Disease Team in our Glasgow office where she presently handles cases for clients suffering from a range of work-related diseases.

Caitlyn has experience of handling cases at all levels within the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), and also a Notary Public. Caitlyn is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and sits on the Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal Committee.
