Constantin is originally from Romania. He joined Digby Brown in 2016 and has worked within the firm’s Legal Enquiry Team and General Personal Injury Litigation Team before joining the Foreign and Travel Law Team in 2019.

Part of an Erasmus Exchange, he studied Shipping and Maritime Law at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. He graduated from the University of Abertay Dundee in 2017 with a LLB (Hons) Degree and completed his Diploma in Legal Practice at Dundee University in 2018.

Constantin is a Solicitor within the Foreign and Travel Law team. He deals with a variety of cases at home and abroad including road traffic, work related, public, occupier and holiday accidents as well as uninsured loss recovery and assault through use of a vehicle.

During his traineeship with the firm, he completed a secondment in Brussels, Belgium, within the joint UK Law Societies office, working on the post Brexit negotiations with the aim of promoting access to justice for individuals who have been involved in accidents abroad.

He enjoys the complexity of cases with a foreign element and is motivated by the pursuit of justice for people who are at a vulnerable point in their lives. He has acted for British and Romanian clients as well as other European nationals.

Constantin is part of a vast network of international lawyers. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL).
