Kirsty graduated from the University of Glasgow with an Honours Degree in Law with French in 2007, spending her third year reading French Civilian Law at the Université de Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, France. Returning to Scotland, Kirsty attained Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law in 2008.

She joined Digby Brown in 2010 as a personal injury solicitor and became an Associate in 2015. Kirsty works in the Digby Brown Glasgow office.

Kirsty is part of our Serious Injury Team and specialises in brain injury, spinal cord injury and amputation cases. She has advocacy experience in the Sheriff Courts and has ran numerous proofs in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session.

Kirsty has the Senior Litigator Standard for the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as well as being accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law. She is also a tutor for the Glasgow University Diploma in Legal Practice in Civil Litigation and a member of the Glasgow University Legal Network.
