Erin joined Digby Brown in 2018, initially working in the Legal Enquiry Team before commencing her traineeship in 2020. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Solicitor in 2025.
With a First Class Honours Law Degree from Abertay University and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Dundee, Erin also worked closely with Abertay University between 2020 to 2026, teaching undergraduate students the topic of ‘Delict’.
Based in our Dundee office, Erin works in our General Litigation department. She has a wealth of experience helping clients who have been injured in workplace accidents, road traffic incidents, and accidents in public spaces and private premises. Erin guides her clients through the legal system with compassion, clarity, and a deep commitment to positive results.
Erin is also a Notary Public.
