Judith Burnett

Judith joined Digby Brown as a Solicitor in 2025 after completing her traineeship in another Edinburgh-based firm. Prior to that, she graduated from Napier University with an LLB in 2020 and completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh in 2021.

With a previous career in nursing, Judith brings a unique insight into the medical and healthcare issues at the heart of her clients’ cases. Her combined legal and clinical experience enables her to approach claims with both technical knowledge and empathy, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process.

Judith is based in the Clinical Negligence team in our Edinburgh office.
