Quarriers Renfrewshire Head Injury Service

Quarriers Renfrewshire Head Injury Service are a charity that provides support for 16-65 year olds living in the Renfrewshire Council area who have an acquired brain injury (ABI).

The charity run a variety of services including The Sunshine Club. The club offers those with an ABI a space where they can share their experiences and socialise with people who understand what they have been through.

Quarriers provide brain injury awareness training and support to help individuals on a day-to-day basis. This can be helping clients to set realistic goals by working with them, their family and carers.

The support is provided either within groups like The Sunshine Club or on a one-to-one basis. This can help overcome the short and long terms effects of their injury. As well as  providing an understanding of how an ABI can impact an individual.
