Digby Brown owns and operates Compensate, which is the trading name of Compensation Claims Funding Limited, founded in 2003. It provides clients with a comprehensive funding and indemnity package backed by an insurance policy. In simple terms, it insures the risk whilst providing funding for all case expenses.

This allows Digby Brown to fully prepare each and every case, pay for the best expert witnesses, fully investigate the circumstances and where necessary litigate to ensure you receive fair and prompt compensation. In the event of a successful outcome, an agreed percentage of the damages awarded will be deducted from your settlement.

If the case does not succeed, Compensate meets all the costs. You will never pay a penny.
