Emma McCutcheon

Emma joined Digby Brown April 2022 and is based in the Glasgow office within our Non Accidental Injuries team. She previous worked with the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry, primarily investigating systematic abuse within the Foster Care case study. She now specialises in historic abuse claims dealing with Redress and also Criminal Injuries claims.

Emma is undergoing further studies with University of Law and CLT for her qualification in Reparation Law. Emma is also a proud Committee Member of the Scottish Paralegal Association.
