Getting to Digby Brown’s Edinburgh office
The Digby Brown Edinburgh office is based a short 20 min walk away from Waverley station. We have limited parking spaces for guests who can request a spot in advance and lots of buses also stop about 100m away round the corner on Newington Road A701.
Digby Brown has had an office here for as long as we can remember. The reason for this is that back in the day, a law firm was required to have an Edinburgh address if they wanted to be able to lodge paperwork in the Court of Session – the highest court in Scotland.

Giving back matters to Digby Brown Edinburgh
Our staff in Edinburgh are making dedicated fundraising efforts for their 2026 charity partner - Empty Kitchens Full Hearts – an organisation that offers meals and support for those in need.
Every year the firm hosts the Head Injury Information Day – an annual event that brings together brain injury survivors and healthcare practitioners to share knowledge and support. In addition to the event in Glasgow there is also another event in Edinburgh which welcomes around 300 people each year.
We also work alongside road safety stakeholders to educate the city’s school pupils (S4 and older) on road safety at The Edinburgh Young Drivers event. Our solicitors host a ‘mock court’ of a post-crash trial. Pupils hear facts from the case, the victims and are asked to give judgements. The aim of this is to help teens understand far-reaching consequences of careless or dangerous actions before they ever get behind the wheel themselves.
Edinburgh Local Charity - Empty Kitchens Full Hearts
The Edinburgh office has chosen Empty Kitchens Full Hearts as their charity partner for 2026.
Empty Kitchens Full Hearts provides freshly cooked meal packs for four days each week, alongside regular wellbeing check-ins and brings people together every Friday with a free community lunch.
