Delighted to support wheelchair basketball in Scotland
We are delighted to announce a new partnership with basketballscotland to support Wheelchair Basketball in Scotland.
On Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th of August, three wheelchair basketball teams will go head to head in the second Wheelchair Basketball Invitation Challenge. The tournament will see Scotland's U19's Wheelchair Basketball team battle it out with Invictus Games and Glasgow Rocks at the National Training Centre in Inverclyde.
Tina Gordon, Disability Talent and Pathways Manager at basketballscotland said:
“We are thrilled to welcome Digby Brown Solicitors to the Wheelchair Basketball family for the 2018 Digby Brown Solicitors Wheelchair Invitational. The team at basketballscotland are really looking forward to working with Digby Brown to promote this event and we are looking forward to working closely throughout the 2018-19 season as the sport continues to go from strength-to-strength.”
Kirsten Smith, CSR Manager at Digby Brown added:
"Actively supporting groups and projects that increase the well-being and confidence of communities is something Digby Brown is passionate about. basketballscotland is one such example of an organisation that is dedicated to giving wheelchair users back their independence by engaging in a sport that is thriving across the country.
“We look forward to supporting basketballscotland as it pursues its goals of enhancing the lives of its members and supporters."
