Edinburgh solicitors raise a whopping £17,143 for Cash for Kids

Staff at Digby Brown’s Edinburgh office, located at 160 Causewayside, nominated Radio Forth Cash for Kids as their charity partner for 2015/2016.

Today, the office were absolutely thrilled to hand over a cheque for £17,143.36 to Emma Kemp, Charity Manager and Micky Gavin, Forth 1 presenter. All the funds were raised through a range of activities organised by our solicitors in Edinburgh.

Radio Forth Cash for Kids has been helping children in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife for over 30 years. They focus on helping local children in the area who are disadvantaged through poverty, sick or disabled.

Throughout 2016, Edinburgh staff put their heads together to plan a series of fundraisers to support the charity as well as taking part in official charity events organised by Cash for Kids such as their Mission Christmas Appeal.

Fundraisers included everything from bake sales, dress down days to the Edinburgh Marathon and Quiz Night.
