Glasgow team take on Ben Lomond climb raising thousands for local charity

At the end of August more than 20 colleagues from our Glasgow office took on the challenge of climbing Ben Lomond - all in aid of their office charity partner, Crossbasket House.

With the sun not willing to show its face, the team battled through with rain-soaked attire, determined to make it to the top…

After several hours and a few selfies later, the group arrived safely at the summit.

Crossbasket House (formerly Ronald McDonald House Glasgow), is a charity which gives families a place to stay while their child is seriously ill in hospital.
Children and families from all over Scotland and further afield who receive treatment at the children's hospital in Glasgow can end up very far from home for weeks, months or even years at a time. The House helps keep families together by providing free, high-quality accommodation only a few minutes’ walk from the hospital.
Thanks to the kind donations of family, friends and colleagues, the team raised a fantastic £2,860.
When matched by the firm, this means an incredible £5,720 will be going to Crossbasket House - helping the charity continue to support families when they need it most.
Well done, team Glasgow!
