Inverness office support Headway Highland Landmark day out

Headway Highland Landmark Day Out 2019 service users and Digby Brown Inverness

The team in our Inverness office were pleased to sponsor and support the Headway Highland family day out for the second year which took place at the Landmark Forest Adventure Park last week.

Those who attended were thankful that the rain stayed off and a great day was had by all who went along.

The family day out is open to all members of Headway Highland along with their families and carers. As always, with such a wide range of activities on offer, there was something for everyone on the day including the Butterfly House, Wonder Wood and a Wild Water Coaster.

Kristy Kennedy and Sarah Newman from our Inverness office went along to support the charity on the day.

Headway Highland offer vital support to those in the region who live with an acquired brain injury. This support is also extended to family members with a number of services for those who care for a family member with a brain injury.

Lee Gordon, Development worker for Headway Highland said: "A massive thank you to Digby Brown Solicitors for so generously funding Headway Highland's family day out to Landmark Forest Adventure Park on August 12th, 2019.  Headway Highland members and their families/carers had a fantastic day in the sunshine enjoying all the activities on offer."

Kirsten Smith, CSR manager at Digby Brown, said: We were delighted to support Headway Highland's family fun day again this year and play a very small part in the tremendous work they to support adults with acquired brain injuries in the north of Scotland.
