Proud to Support Spinal Injuries Scotland Activities Day for third year
Digby Brown Solicitors were honoured to support Spinal Injuries Scotland (SIS) barbeque and activities day for the third year.
The day took place at Castle Semple in Renfrewshire, Scotland on Wednesday 28th June and was attended by over 100 people including members of Spinal Injuries Scotland and patients from Queen Elizabeth National Spinal Injuries Unit nearby.
This day presents an opportunity for people with a spinal cord injury to participate in water and land activities in a variety of specially adapted vessels, including canoes, sailing boats, speedboats and hand cycles.
Serious injury solicitors at Digby Brown attended the day
Chris Stewart, Partner and Head of Digby Brown’s Serious Injury team, went along to the day with members of his team.
“We were delighted to be back at Castle Semple for a third year and witness so many people take to the water – and land this year.
“At Digby Brown, we see first-hand the amazing difference that Spinal Injuries Scotland and the Queen Elizabeth National Spinal Injuries Unit make to people’s lives.
“It was incredibly inspiring seeing people living with spinal injuries embrace new challenges and opportunities at the activities day.”
