The only firm top ranked for Personal Injury by Legal 500

Digby Brown are the only firm in Scotland to be ranked Tier 1 for Personal Injury (Pursuer) work by the prestigious Legal 500 Guide to the UK Legal Profession.

The guide, one of the leading independent guides to the profession, notes that Digby Brown are “the market leader in Scotland for acting for personal injury pursuers", and is noted for its experience in a wide range of cases, including the most serious injuries” and highlights a number of Digby Brown Partners, including Gordon Dalyell,  Simon Hammond and Chris Stewart, as leading individuals.

In addition to being top ranked for Personal Injury, Digby Brown are also top ranked for Medical Negligence (Pursuer), with the guide noting our specialist team's “experience in handling some of the most complex and highest-value claims in Scotland, including those relating to obstetric negligence.”

Sue Grant, Digby Brown Partner and Head of the firm’s Clinical Negligence Department, is identified as a leading individual.
