Aine McShane

Aine joined the firm in September 2022. She graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2015 with an LLB (Hons) and obtained her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow in 2016.

Aine completed a two year, specialised traineeship within the clinical negligence team at a well respected Edinburgh firm and continued working within the team when she qualified as a solicitor in 2018.

She works within the firm's Clinical Negligence team based in our Glasgow office and helps individuals pursue a wide range of clinical negligence claims, dealing with all aspects of these claims, both in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court.

Aine is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Clinical Negligence specialist.
