Amy graduated from University of Strathclyde Business School with an Bachelors Honours degree in Human Resources in 2019 before going on to achieve a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2020. She is also CIPD Associate Level 7 qualified.
Amy joined the HR team at Digby Brown in October 2020 as an HR Assistant. Following her promotion to HR Advisor in 2023, she progressed into her current role as HR Manager in May 2026.
Her role encompasses all aspects of HR, with a particular focus on early careers development and employee wellbeing.
