Ashley qualified as a solicitor in 2012 after earning her LLB (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh and completing her Diploma in Legal Practice. She trained with the firm before being promoted to Associate in 2017 and becoming Partner within the Edinburgh Network Department in 2023.

As a Partner within our Edinburgh Network Department, Ashley specialises in claims arising from accidents at work and helping victims and families of road traffic accidents. She has a wealth of experience litigating cases in both the sheriff court, All Scotland Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session.

Her strong work ethic, drive and desire to ensure all matters are fully investigated has led to excellent results for her clients. Ashley has worked closely with a number of families to try and ensure justice where loved ones have been tragically lost in road traffic accidents. She has sought to provide support and guidance to families at the most difficult time.

Ashley works closely with our partner charity, Brake a road safety charity to help with the vital work they do in supporting victims of road traffic accidents.

Ashley is a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Contract and Delict Sub Committee. She has tutored at the University of Edinburgh in the past, is a notary public and member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
