Craig is a Senior Associate based in our Dundee office. He joined the firm in 2009 having graduated from the University of Dundee in 2006 with an LLB (Hons) and completing a Diploma in Legal Practice in 2007.

With experience in dealing with road traffic accidentsmotorcycle accidents, accidents at work and fatal accident cases, he also has a strong track record in litigating a wide range of cases in local Sheriff Courts and in the specialist National Personal Injury Court and Court of Session in Edinburgh.  

Craig’s work can involve complex cases including working with independent experts to establish who was responsible. He also works with experts to ensure clients receive fair compensation for the impact an accident has had on their lives including losses they have already experienced and any they may face in the future.    

Craig also has significant experience assisting clients with motorcycle and cycle accidents, ensuring that cases are properly prepared by taking into account the nuances involved in acting for motorcyclists and cyclists.

He is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is accredited as a Personal Injury Specialist by the Law Society of Scotland.
