Craig Smillie

Craig joined Digby Brown in 2023 as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2025.

He is now a Partner in the firm and works within the Network department in our Glasgow office, assisting clients with cases involving road traffic accidents, workplace accidents and occupier's liability claims.

Craig qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has worked exclusively in personal injury on the side of the pursuer.
