Craig Smillie

Craig qualified as a solicitor in 2012 after earning her LLB (Hons) from Glasgow Caledonian University and completing his Diploma in Legal Practice at Strathclyde. He joined Digby Brown in 2023 and is based in our Glasgow Office.

As a Partner in our Network Team, Craig specialises in claims arising from workplace accidents, road traffic accidents and negligence in care. Craig has a wealth of experience of helping families who have lost a loved one. 

He has represented clients in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session achieving significant recoveries. He adopts a detailed and strategic approach to cases.

Craig is a Notary Public and member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
