David graduated from Strathclyde University with a BA in Social Sciences in 2008, before going on to complete the PGDE in Primary Teaching and working in the profession for the following three years.

Having not quite found his niche, he seized an opportunity to move on and join Digby Brown in 2012 as an Admin Support Officer, with a view to identifying and then establishing himself in the right role. The Firm provided David with support and various development opportunities across subsequent years, that led to him working in Corporate Social Responsibility as well as undertaking his admin duties, before he discovered his passion for Human Resources.

Today, David holds seven years HR experience and is CIPD qualified. His role at Digby Brown encompasses all aspects of the talent agenda – including recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
