Euan is a Senior Associate based in the Digby Brown Dundee office. He joined the firm in 2015 after graduating from the University of Dundee with an LLB (Hons) in 2014 and completing his Diploma in Legal Practice in 2015.

Euan specialises in personal injury litigation and represents clients in a wide range of claims including workplace accidents, road traffic collisions, and accidents in public places. He has extensive experience litigating in the Court of Session, the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court and Sheriff Courts across Scotland.

He regularly acts in complex cases involving trauma to multiple body parts, disputed liability and significant expert medical and vocational evidence. Euan focuses on building detailed, evidence-led cases which establish liability and ensure the damages awarded reflect his clients’ long-term recovery needs and financial security.

Euan has experience progressing serious injury claims including traumatic finger amputations, helping secure settlements that recognise the full impact of injury including prosthetics, rehabilitation, future treatment needs and loss of earnings. He also has particular experience in animal-related injury claims, ensuring insurers are robustly challenged and that clients receive compensation for ongoing treatment, future losses and wider consequences of severe injury.

Alongside managing his own caseload, Euan supervises colleagues and supports the efficient progression of cases while maintaining high standards of client care. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a Notary Public. Euan is committed to ensuring every client feels supported throughout their legal journey and confident that their case is being handled with diligence and care.
