Fraser joined the firm in 2026 as Head of the Legal Enquiry Team. His role is to provide support and manage the flow of new enquiries through the Legal Enquiry Team, ensuring that quality, efficiency and empathy are at the heart of everything we do.
Fraser has 11 years’ experience in managing customer functions within various different sectors such as Finance, Pet Food Services and Pensions.
