Gillian Boyle

Gillian began her career as a paralegal in 2023, working as a paralegal at a Defender firm with a strong focus on road traffic accidents (RTA) cases. During this time, she gained valuable experience running her own caseload and supporting partners on complex catastrophic injury and large loss claims, developing a strong understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of litigation.

In 2025, Gillian joined Digby Brown's General Personal Injury Litigation team in Glasgow and continues to focus on RTA cases.

Gillian is committed to securing outcomes for clients who have suffered injury through no fault of their own. With a detailed, client-focused approach and experience on both sides of litigation, Gillian brings a well-rounded perspective to each case she handles.
