Heather joined Digby Brown as a paralegal in June 2024, commencing her specialised traineeship in the Foreign and Travel department in September 2024 based at our Edinburgh office. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
She has experience in handling cases involving accidents abroad, package holiday claims, and air accidents. She has also gained experience in working on more complex cases, including workplace accidents abroad, offshore accidents, and catastrophic injuries.
Heather is driven to achieve positive outcomes for her clients. She is committed to making the process clear and accessible.
Outside of work, Heather has volunteered with Citizen’s Advice Edinburgh to further access to social services and provide assistance to the local community.
