Jordan is a Senior Associate based in the Industrial Disease department of our Glasgow office.
Primarily dealing with claims arising from asbestos-related conditions, Jordan has successfully recovered damages on behalf of clients who have developed a range of asbestos-related conditions, including mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer, asbestosis, asbestos-related diffuse pleural thickening and pleural plaques.
Jordan also advises clients on noise-induced hearing loss, hand-arm vibration syndrome, occupational asthma, and other occupational illness conditions. He has successfully pursued a number of claims on behalf of the family members of individuals who have died as a result of terminal occupational diseases and fatal accidents.
Jordan is also experienced in advising clients on accidents at work, road traffic accidents, and accidents in public places.
Regularly litigating in the Court of Session, Jordan has also appeared on behalf of clients in the Sheriff Appeal Court, the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court, and the Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland.
Jordan is a qualified Notary Public and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
