Karen joined Digby Brown in July 2022, after obtaining a Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Reparation Law. She is based in our Glasgow office and works in our Non-Accidental department.
Karen also has a Higher National Diploma in Legal Services which she obtained in 2014.
Having previously dealt with asbestos lung disease cases for a period of 5 years, she also has more than 2 years experience helping clients with clinical negligence claims.
Karen joined Digby Brown to progress her career as a paralegal and to focus on abuse cases, as she feels passionate about helping these clients seek justice.
She has a particular interest in Criminal Injuries Compensation claims from initial submission through to the First-tier Tribunal stage, including representing clients at the Tribunal stage. She also helps clients with Redress Scotland applications.
