Kaye joined Digby Brown in 2020 having qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. She obtained her dual qualification in Scots law in 2021.
Kaye graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Lincoln before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, Leeds. Kaye has worked in personal injury law since 2015 with experience in both defender and pursuer work.
As a Senior Solicitor in Digby Brown’s Serious Injury team, Kaye helps clients who have sustained life-changing injuries as a result of road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in public and private places. She has experience in litigating cases in the Court of Session, the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and the Sheriff Court.
