Kieran is a Senior Solicitor and works in our Edinburgh office within our Non-Accidental department. He has experience in handling complex cases involving historical abuse, intentional road traffic accidents, assaults, alongside experience in actions against the Police, unlawful detention, and in the Post Office Horizon Scandal.
He joined Digby Brown in 2020 where he began his solicitor traineeship. During this time, he handled cases such as road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in public and private places.
Kieran holds an upper second-class law degree from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from The University of Glasgow.
He qualified as a solicitor in 2022 where he spent three years gaining further experience within General Personal Injury Litigation. In 2025 he moved to the Non-Accidental department.
Kieran is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes and guiding clients through the legal process with clarity and care. He is committed to a trauma informed approach to his work with his clients, opponents and colleagues.
He is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and is also a Notary Public.
