Moira is a Partner in the serious injury department, where she has worked exclusively since joining Digby Brown in 2005. She has a specialist interest in personal injury cases involving brain and spinal injury and amputation claims.
With more than 20 years experience acting for clients who have suffered a life-changing injury, Moira draws on her experience to secure early interim payment where possible, helping to alleviate her clients’ financial constraints and assists clients to access rehabilitation services, care packages and suitable accommodation – well in advance of settlement.
Year on year, Moira successfully secures compensation for those who have endured life changing injuries, such as her client Robin, who suffered a spinal cord injury after falling through a sky light in an accident at work. Moira ensured that he had access to interim payments to ensure he had financial stability and allow him to make his home suitable for his needs.
