Monica is a Solicitor based in our Glasgow office, working within our specialist Foreign & Travel department. She joined Digby Brown in 2017 working as a Precognition Agent while completing her studies which allowed her to gain valuable experience supporting clients and case investigations before progressing her legal career with the firm.

She graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an LLB (Honours) in 2020 before completing the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde in 2021. She commenced her traineeship with the firm in 2022 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024.

Monica now represents clients in a wide range of international and travel-related claims, including accidents abroad, cross-border, aviation and maritime matters, cases involving the Montreal and Athens Conventions and other cases involving jurisdictional and convention-based issues.

She is passionate about providing practical, client-focused support throughout the lifetime of each case. Her experience across multiple departments gives her a strong understanding of the litigation journey and enables her to guide clients through complex legal matters with confidence and empathy.
