Sarah Douglas

Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2002 after earning her LLB (Hons) from the University of Dundee and completing her Diploma in Legal Practice. She joined Digby Brown in 2005 and is based in our Glasgow Office.
As a Partner in our General Personal Injury Litigation Team, Sarah deals with a cases arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work or public places and fatal accidents. She has represented clients in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session achieving significant recoveries.
Sarah is a Notary Public, member (with Senior Litigator status) of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Personal Injury Law.
Sarah recently helped secure damages for the relatives of a young man who died when he fell from height through a fragile roof whilst at work. She also helped secure damages of over £1,000,000 for a client who had been involved in a serious road traffic accident and suffered life changing internal injuries.
