Simone Smith

Simone graduated from Strathclyde University with an LLB (Honours) in 1999, obtaining her Diploma in Legal Practice in 2000. She completed her legal training in a small specialist personal injury practice, qualifying as a solicitor in 2002.

Simone left legal practice for a period to work within the public sector. She joined Digby Brown in November 2022 and became a Senior Solicitor in 2025. She is based within our Non Accidental Injury Team in the Glasgow Office and deals with Criminal Injuries and historic abuse cases.
