Euan joined Digby Brown in 2004 and became Partner in 2016.  He specialised in road traffic and workplace accidents until 2012, when he joined the Industrial Disease department.

Since then, he has focused almost exclusively on asbestos disease work, raising actions in both the All Scotland Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session.   He works closely with two of Scotland’s asbestos disease charities.

Euan has successfully pursued cases for victims of secondary asbestos exposure; ladies exposed to asbestos as a result of washing their husband’s overalls.

Euan was instructed for the pursuer in the case of Prescott v University of St Andrews [2016] CSOH 3. He secured compensation for an individual diagnosed with testicular mesothelioma – a condition there are no reported cases for.

Euan is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers
