Digby Brown proud to support Lung Cancer Nursing UK Conference 2026 in Glasgow

Digby Brown staff from our Industrial Disease team attend the LCNUK conference along with our charity partners Asbestos Action and Clydebank Asbestos Group

This week, the firm’s Industrial Disease team is proud to attend - and sponsor - the Lung Cancer Nursing UK (LCNUK) Conference in Glasgow.

The annual event brings together healthcare professionals, researchers and specialists dedicated to improving outcomes for people affected by lung cancer.

The two-day conference at the Hilton aims to promote learning and teamwork to make sure cancer patients and their families have access to the best support, treatment and ongoing care.

Every day, Digby Brown helps people suffering from lung cancer caused by asbestos and the firm’s expertise is why it has the trust of community-based support groups like Clydebank Asbestos Group and Asbestos Action.

Digby Brown’s commitment to helping patients beyond the courtroom is why it is proud to sponsor events like the latest conference.

Euan Love, Partner and Head of the firm’s Industrial Disease team, said: “Events like the LCNUK Annual Conference play a vital role in bringing together all who are committed to improving the lives and futures of people affected by lung cancer.

“While medical advances continue to transform diagnosis, treatment and patient care, it is equally important that individuals and families receive the wider support they need when facing a life-changing diagnosis.

“At Digby Brown, we have worked alongside people affected by asbestos-related lung cancer and mesothelioma for many years and have seen first-hand the physical, emotional and financial impact that asbestos-related illnesses can have on patients, families and communities.

“By helping sponsor this event we therefore hope to contribute to this ongoing and vital work to better shape the futures of everyone affected.”

The LCNUK conference begins on Thursday 18 June and ends the following day on Friday 19.
