Megan joined Digby Brown in 2013 after completing her traineeship at a leading defender insurer firm. She moved to Digby Brown because she wanted to represent individuals and help people secure justice when they need it most.
Megan graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an LLB Hons in 2010 and completed her Diploma in Legal Practice in 2011.
She initially helped clients with a broad range of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents and workplace accidents and regularly appeared in the Sheriff Court.
In 2019 Megan joined the Clinical Negligence team and is based in our Glasgow office. She understands that clinical negligence cases can be difficult for clients and their families but finds supporting individuals and helping them secure compensation following life-changing medical errors deeply rewarding.
She is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes and guiding clients through the legal process with clarity and care.
Megan is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Clinical Negligence Specialist.
