How Recover works

Recover provides a flexible approach to referring enquiries – it means once you’re a member, you can engage with us as much or as little as you like while maintaining the ability to refer work and stay up to date on how your clients' case progresses.

Beyond the referral process, our network aims to be a valuable resource for you. From your first referral, you can access a suite of membership benefits to support your firm’s professional development. 

We also provide you with our guaranteed service pillars:

  • Bespoke communication system
  • Downloadable support materials
  • Networking opportunities
  • On and Offline CPD packages

Your fair partnership

In addition - our agreement means for each successful case, we promise:

  • You will incur no outlays
  • There will be a minimum payment fee set at £400 plus VAT for every eligible case we accept
  • Receive a minimum share of 20% of the Compensate success fee, with potential to rise to 30% based on increased referrals.
  • Any work which you have carried out on the case will be paid as part of the judicial fees

Above all, we want to provide peace of mind regarding client best practices and zero risk to your firm.
